1) Only fully completed surveys are eligible for the prize draw.
2) Only one entry per person.
3) The winners will be drawn at random on May 15th 2010.
4) The winners will be notified via email.
5) The winners will have one calander month to claim their prize.
6) We reserve the right to provide alternative high street store gift vouchers to the same value.
7) There is no cash alternative to the prize.
8) The draw is only open to residents of the United Kingdom.
