The Makita DGA519Z is a 125mm (5") cordless angle grinder powered by 18V LXT Li-Ion battery, and equipped with X-LOCK mechanism that allows for quick and easy wheel changes. The X-LOCK mechanism allows the user to install/remove X-LOCK wheels with just a single action without tool. The X-LOCK wheel can be easily removed simply by pulling up the lever. Other features of the DGA519Z's design include a new tool-less wheel cover for fast and easy adjustment / installation and removal, an electric brake, removable dust covers and an ergonomic soft grip for comfortable operation. The design also includes a brushless motor, variable speed control dial and safety paddle switch.
