• VERSATILE OUTDOOR USE - The outdoor wood oil is suitable for outside applications only, including joinery in external walls such as doors, windows and their frames (inner & outer surfaces), facades, carports, shutters, summer houses, shed, garden decking, gates and balcony railings.
• EASY APPLICATION - Apply the wooden end grain preservative using a synthetic brush designed for oil based products, spreading out thinly and evenly, ensure end grain is thoroughly treated along with cut and drilled areas. Reseal container after use. It is recommended that a minimum of 2 coats are applied depending on wood species and surface characteristics.
• DEEP PENETRATION - It is a low odour oil/spirit based which is ready to use immediately. Apply the product liberally to the end grain and allow it to be absorbed. The ends of the timber can also be stood in Cut End Preserver for an hour to allow the product to deeply penetrate.
• WATER REPELLENT FINISH - The Barrettine wood preserver penetrates deeply into end grain wood providing a water repellent finish. Contains resins and oils to give the ultimate long lasting effect.
• CUT END WOOD PRESERVER - This timber cut end green preserver offers long-lasting end grain protection from wood destroying fungi, rot, blue stain and wood boring insects. Ideal for use on pressure treated timber where it has been cut, drilled or worked in any way to expose the untreated inner wood.
