• Contents: 1 x OB1 Fix & Bond Bio Based Adhesive, Colour: White, 290ml
• PAINTABLE, STORAGE & SHELF LIFE: Paintable when fully dry with most water based and synthetic paints (test compatibility first). Store unopened between +5 °C and +25 °C in a dry place. Shelf life: up to 18 months from production date in original sealed packaging.
• EASY APPLICATION, TOOLS & CLEAN UP: Apply using a standard cartridge gun. Position items by pressing and lightly twisting to spread adhesive evenly; some support may be needed for up to 24 hours on heavier items. Uncured adhesive cleans easily with water and soap or wipes.
• SURFACE PREPARATION & GAP FILLING USE: Substrates must be solid, clean, dry, and free from grease and dust. At least one bonding surface should be porous for best results. Can be applied in beads, dots, or strips to accommodate minor surface irregularities; very porous surfaces may require priming.
• APPLICATION & TEMPERATURE PERFORMANCE: Apply between +5 °C and +40 °C. Once cured, performs reliably in service temperatures from –20 °C to +50 °C. Frost resistant during transportation down to –15 °C. Not suitable for continuous water exposure.
• HIGH INITIAL TACK & STRONG FINAL BOND: Provides strong grab on contact, often eliminating the need for temporary support. Cures by water evaporation to form a durable bond, with full cure in approximately 24 hours at +23 °C / 50 % RH.
• MULTI USE BIO BASED ADHESIVE: Versatile dispersion based adhesive with high initial tack for interior and exterior use on masonry, wood, plaster, chipboard, concrete, stone, brickwork, and decorative trims. Suitable for EPS and XPS polystyrene applications.
