• CLEANING, STORAGE & SHELF LIFE: Clean any uncured sealant or tools with OB1 Cleaner. Once it has hardened, it can only be removed mechanically. You can paint over it with most water‑based or bio‑based paints after a few days. Store unopened tubes between +5°C and +25°C. Shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacture.
• COVERAGE & APPLICATION GUIDANCE: One 290 ml tube gives around 8–12 metres of coverage depending on the bead size. Apply in smooth, even lines and aim for the right depth and width of the joint for best performance.
• WIDE APPLICATION & TEMPERATURE RANGE: You can apply it in temperatures from +5°C to +40°C, even on slightly damp surfaces. Once fully cured, it can handle extreme temperatures from –40°C to +110°C and allows for natural movement without cracking.
• CONTROLLED WORKING & CURING TIME: You get around 20–35 minutes of working time before it starts to set, giving you plenty of time to smooth and adjust it. It slowly cures (around 2–3 mm per day) into a tough, rubber‑like finish that’s built to last.
• STRONG ADHESION & FLEXIBLE DURABILITY: It sticks firmly to many common surfaces and stays flexible over time, so it won’t crack easily. It can handle sunlight, moisture, and changing weather, which makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor DIY jobs.
• ECO‑FRIENDLY HIGH‑PERFORMANCE SEALANT: This sealant is made with 46% bio‑based content and has very low VOC levels, making it a more environmentally friendly choice for home projects. It’s great for sealing, bonding, and filling gaps around the house while still giving strong, reliable results.
