  • Material Compatibility Notice – Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene, bituminous substrates, or areas with continuous water exposure. Shelf life up to 9 months when stored unopened between +5°C and +25°C.
  • Easy Application & Cleanup – Supplied in a cartridge with a precision nozzle for controlled application. Uncured material can be cleaned with OB1 Multi Surface Cleaner; once cured, removal must be done mechanically.
  • Proper Surface Prep for Best Adhesion – Substrates must be clean, dry, and free from dust or grease. Slightly moisten very porous surfaces before applying; OB1 Multi Surface Cleaner can help smooth and finish joints before curing.
  • Reliable Performance Within Recommended Conditions – Best applied between +5°C and +40°C, and frost‑resistant during transport down to –15°C. Avoid use on damp or frozen surfaces for optimal results.
  • Creates an Instant, Heat‑Cured Seal – Applies as a paste and dries to a solid, non‑flexible seal. When first heated, increase temperature gradually to ensure proper curing and avoid bubbling.
  • Extreme Heat Resistance Up to 1200°C – Forms a hard, durable, high‑temperature seal ideal for stoves, flues, fireplaces, ovens, and chimneys; perfect for areas exposed to intense heat.
