• MATERIAL LIMITATIONS & PRODUCT INFORMATION: Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene, or bituminous substrates, or for continuous exposure to water. Shelf life up to 9 months from date of manufacture when stored unopened between +5°C and +25°C in dry conditions.
• APPLICATION TOOLS & CLEAN UP: Supplied in a cartridge with precision nozzle for controlled application. Uncured material and tools can be cleaned using OB1 Multi Surface Cleaner. Once cured, material can only be removed mechanically.
• SURFACE PREPARATION & FINISHING: All substrates must be solid, clean, dry, and free from grease and dust. Very porous surfaces should be slightly moistened before application. OB1 Multi Surface Cleaner can be used to smooth and finish joints prior to curing.
• OPTIMAL APPLICATION CONDITIONS: Recommended application temperature: +5°C to +40°C. Frost resistant during transportation down to –15°C. For best results, avoid application to frozen or damp substrates.
• INSTANT SEAL WITH HEAT CURED PERFORMANCE: Applies as a paste and cures by drying to a hard, non elastic seal. On first exposure to high temperatures, heat should be increased gradually to allow controlled curing and prevent bubbling. Suitable for applications where no movement occurs.
• EXTREME HEAT RESISTANCE UP TO 1200°C: Professional grade fire cement sealant designed to withstand temperatures up to 1200°C, forming a hard, durable, high temperature resistant seal for stoves, flues, fireplaces, ovens, and chimneys.
