About Vax

Established in 1977, Vax has a similar back story to Dyson. The founder Alan Brazier developed his own floor cleaning machine to assist cleaning Newport Pagnell services. This became the Vax tub when it was put into production, in 1987 the orange Vax Tub was the UK's best selling vacuum cleaner. The technology has moved on at lot since then, Vax now also produce a wide range of cordless machines including the Air Cordless and latterly the Vax Blade

Perhaps the category they are most well known for, Vax sell a range of carpet cleaners for different budgets. Their performance is outstanding and can soon pay for itself vs hiring a carpet cleaner yourself

Spot Washers

Vax spot washers are great for cleaning up spills, stains and pet messes around the come. Also great for cleaning the car interior.

Hard floor cleaners

Vax Steam cleaners are a great way to keep your hard floors clean without having to use an harmful chemicals. Just add water and the steam does the rest!

Corded Vacuums

Though not a popular as the cordless models you can't beat a corded vacuum for power - perfect for a really deep clean

Do Vax carpet cleaners work?

Yes! From personal experience I can confirm they do! They also have won many awards and come out highly in the Which? Magazine reviews. The only down side I have is needing somewhere to keep it. I tend to only use mine a couple times a year (unless it's for spot cleaning)
