The Ninja product range isn't large but it is of very high quality. Their food processors, blenders and air fryers are among the most popular in the UK and have won multiple awards. The product has received 5 star reviews from Which? And Trusted Reviews, as well as receiving a number of BBC Good Food star buy and high recommended awards.
Delivery
Delivery from Ninja is fast and free. It's tracked via DPD which is one of our favourite courier services and deliveries are available 7 days a week. Parts and accessories are not included in this promotion and are also delivered via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Returns and refunds
Ninja are able to provide you with a free-of-charge returns label. You can then send your product back dia DPD pickup. They also offer the option to collect from your home. The Ninja returns process is free and again tracked, and we love how easy this is. More return options might be useful for those who aren't close to a DPD pick up location but most areas in the UK are well covered by DPD pick ups.
Customer Services
Ninjas has a great FAQ section and you can get in touch through their online contact form. Better still, if you'd like to talk to someone in person they do have a phone service. This is open until later in the evening, which is great for those working 9-5 who may not be able to contact customer services during the day.
Carbon Footprint
While Ninja products themselves are great for reducing wasted and help with our environmental impact as customers, as far as we can see they do not have a direct carbon footprint or environmental impact plan in place.

What does Ninja Sell
Cooking
The Ninja range of air fryers help you enjoy your favourite fried foods with little to no oil. Many models now come with options for roasting, reheating and even dehydrating food. You can also find a range of health grills, pressure cookers and soup makers. The Ninja soup maker can cook soup in 20 minutes and has a number of pre-set programmes with pulse, pause and blend patterns with temperature control.
Blenders and food processors.
Ninja blenders make it easy to create smoothies, cocktails, dips and desserts. Some blenders and smoothie makers come with drinks lids that can immediately turn your blender into a handy to-go cup. You can also shop juice makers, food processors, choppers and even ice cream makers.
Kitchenware
Ninja has expanded to include a range of kettles and toasters. Their kettles have perfect temperature and are quick boiling, while their 3-in-1 toasters can toast, grill and even become a panini press! Ninja also has its own range of cookware, pans and even high quality knives.

When are the Ninja Sales
Unlike many direct brand websites, there are often offers and discounts live at Ninja. They occasionally run voucher codes, especially on bundles so be on the lookout for these on Offeroftheday. As a US formed company, Ninja takes part in Black Friday. At the end of November each year you'll be able to find money saving deals across the Ninja range, as well as Ninja direct exclusives. Black Friday at Ninja takes place November 25th 2022, November 24th 2023 and November 29th 2024.

If you need to call the Ninja customer service team, you can reach them on 0800 862 0453. You'll need to make sure you have your product with you at the time of the call and SharkNinja representatives are only permitted to talk to the account or warranty holder. The telephone service is available Monday - Friday between 8am and 8pm, Saturday between 9am and 7pm and on Sunday and UK Bank Holidays between 10am and 6.30pm.

Ninja Delivery and returns
Ninja offers FREE, fast delivery 7 days a week. Delivery is tracked via DPD and you'll be able to see your parcels progress after it has been dispatched. You'll get a 1 hour time slot and you can enter a phone number or email to receive order updates.
Ninja has a 30 day return period. You'll need to drop them an email to arrange your return or cancellation. Products should be returned to the following address:
