Notino was founded in 2004 by Michal Zámec in Brno, Czech Republic, with a clear vision: to make premium beauty products accessible to everyone across Europe. Zámec identified a gap in the market for an online fragrance retailer at a time when e-commerce was still in its infancy, and the company quickly grew from a specialist perfume e-shop into a full-service beauty retailer. Notino offers a 90-day returns guarantee on unused and unopened products - one of the most generous in the beauty retail sector. Returns within 14 days are free of charge. Items opened or tested may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Notino also offers a "Try It First" fragrance service where a sample is included so you can test before opening the full-size bottle.

Does Notino offer free delivery?

Free delivery is available on selected products (marked on product pages) and for loyalty programme members. Standard delivery starts from £2.99 via Evri or DPD, with orders typically arriving within 3-4 working days. Free delivery is also available when certain brand spending thresholds are met.
