This deep, dark green Chalk Paint colour takes inspiration from the painted shutters and doors of Amsterdam. It works particularly well with whites and creams and botanical imagery and plants, as well as looking brilliant with earthy yellows and reds - try teaming it with Primer Red, Arles and Old Ochre. • Get Creative: Chalk Paint can be used for a number of different paint effects including two colour distressing, textured look and smooth modern.
• Sealing: Chalk Paint should be sealed with Chalk Paint Wax or Chalk Paint Lacquer to protect and finish. Use a lint free cloth or Wax Brush to apply. Work the wax into the Chalk Paint and wipe away excess before leaving to dry.
• Multiple Surfaces: Chalk Paint adheres to most surfaces such as wood, glass, metal, plastic and old painted surfaces etc. You rarely need to sand or prime before painting. Annie always recommends performing a small test patch - and then you can get stuck into the fun bit!
• How To Use: Make sure the surface is clean and dry. Remove loose coats of old paint or lacquer first. Paint one or two coats. Drying time is approx. 1- 2 hours, depending on conditions.
