Prettylittlething offers a huge range of clothing home and beauty at affordable pricing. Sizing ranges from 2 to 30, making it suitable for all body types. There are also maternity, tall, petite, plus size and activewear ranges and there are constantly sales running with huge discounts. There can be upwards of 13000 reductions at any time, meaning you'll almost always find something for your needs. The homeware section is a great addition, but we think the real value is found in the clothing.

Delivery

Prettylittlething offers a number of delivery options including Next Day delivery, Click & Collect and saver delivery for when you're not in a rush. You can even choose a delivery date if you need to work around a schedule at home. Delivery prices range from £3.99 to £9.99. Whilst the majority of deliveries do seem prompt, there have been significant complaints from users stating long delays with products even after paying for next day delivery, so we wouldn't suggest trusting the next day delivery timeframe if you're shopping for something you need immediately.

Returns and refunds

Prettylittlething offers FREE 28 day returns. Your returns label will be included in your parcel but more are available if you lose it. Free returns are only for UK residents and international parcels will need to be returned at your own cost. Return times have been known to be a little slow, and Prettylittlething states that processing a refund may take up to 28 days. Returns are available through Royal Mail, Collect+, Evri and InPost. From what we can see the main complaint from shoppers is in regards to the long refund times.

Customer Services

To get in touch with Prettylittlething you can use Twitter, Facebook and email. Customer service representatives are easy to get a hold of through these avenues but the reviews on quality of customer service are mixed. There are complaints of automated replies being used which aren't sorting out issues raised by customers. There have however been situations where a different customer service representative has managed to fix the issue, so it may just be the luck of the draw as it is with any brand. Customer services seems sufficient for straight forward issues but for something more complex you may find yourself struggling to get the problem rectified.

Carbon Footprint

Prettylittlething has a number of initiatives for sustainability and even encourages the use of the reGAIN app, an app which allows you to turn your unwanted clothes into discounts to get cash off your PLT purchases. By 2025 all their polyester and cotton products will contain recycled or more sustainably sourced materials. By 2030 the aim is that all materials used will be more sustainably sourced. By this time they also hope to achieve carbon reductions across their value chain aligned with science based targets.
