Weird Fish offers three delivery options to UK and Channel Islands addresses. Standard delivery is £3.95, free on orders over £60, arriving in 3–5 working days. Express delivery (order before 3pm) is £2.97, free over £100, arriving in 1–2 working days — not available to Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or BFPO. DPD Next Day delivery is £7.95 for orders placed before 2pm (Monday dispatch for Friday afternoon orders); same exclusions apply. Click and Collect to Weird Fish stores is free (free over £60 to Post Offices), ready within 5 working days. Remote postcodes including Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands may take a little longer across all options.

Returns and refunds

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are unworn and in new condition with tags attached. Faulty items are covered for 6 months from purchase — contact Weird Fish or the retailer the product was bought from as soon as a fault occurs, with proof of purchase. The partnership with the charity Newlife means end-of-line and unsaleable returned products are donated rather than destroyed, an admirable approach to reducing fashion waste.
