Delivery
Wickes offer free standard delivery on orders over £85 Orders below that are fairly hefty at £7 you can however click and collect most items. If you chose next day delivery then you must place the order before 3pm. Bulky items are delivered by a special lorry and incur a £35 charge
Returns and refunds
For all stocked items you have 30 days to return the item. Products that are delivered direct from the supplier are limited to 14 days. You can either bring the item to a store, or arrange for a collection

Wickes is the UK's second-largest home improvement retailer, operating more than 230 stores nationwide. The first UK Wickes opened in Whitefield, Manchester, in 1972 - a joint venture between US-based Wickes Companies and British builders' merchant Sankey's - making it the country's first fixed-price builders' merchant. Since those early years the business has grown steadily, passing 200 stores in 2011 and floating on the London Stock Exchange as a standalone company in April 2021 following a demerger from Travis Perkins.
