The energy rating scheme for Fridge Freezers changed in March 2021. The old A+++ rating have now gone and have been replaced by a simpler A - G rating. This is because Fridge Freezers were becoming a lot more efficient so nearly everything was rated A something.

The energy standard to reach A is now very high. Currently the very best Fridge Freezers are rated B.

Fridge Freezers styles

Fridge Freezers come in many different styles. The American style has two tall doors on either side and usually have an ice maker. These tend to be more expensive to run because of the size. There are also under counter and free standing. These tend to come in white as standard but are often available in stainless and graphite finishes too.
