What is Aosom's returns policy?

Once items are received and checked, refunds are processed within 14 days. Faulty electrical items are covered for 12 months from delivery; non-electrical items for 6 months. Within the first 30 days of delivery, Aosom will offer a refund, partial refund or replacement; after 30 days and within the warranty period, replacement parts or a full replacement will be arranged where possible.
Does Aosom offer a loyalty programme?
Yes. Aosom has a points scheme where you earn 1 point per £1 spent (each point is worth £0.01).
