New Look constantly has a fresh selection of clothes. With seasonal collections you can buy whole outfits at a fraction of the cost compared to other larger high street retailers. We also love their wide fit shoe selection. In the past however, there have been criticism over the quality and sourcing of New Look products from abroad.
Delivery
We LOVE how easy New Look has set out their delivery options. Not only can you see the costs, you can also see which courier or service will be used with each of the options. If you're a DPD fan you can see which delivery options will result in DPD handling your delivery. There are also click & collect options and international deliveries are available.
Returns and refunds
New Look offers a 28 day returns policy. The returns process is very simplified and even better, it's FREE! You can pop into your local New Look for returns, use Collect+,InPost or through Royal Mail with free label printing available at selected post offices. We couldn't ask for an easier way to return products, making it viable to buy a couple of sizes to see which fits best and send back the others.
Customer Services
New Look has all of the options for getting in touch that you could ask for. There are faster options like live chat as well as WhatsApp. Alternatively you can use Facebook or Twitter, write to them or drop them an email. In general their customer service team is very helpful and able to answer enquiries and replies in a timely manner.
Carbon Footprint
New Look became one of the first global fashion retailers to achieve both the Carbon Neutral Standard and UN Climate Neutral Now Participation. They are now net zero carbon for all of their direct operations. Over 30% of their clothes are made using more sustainable fabrics, their bags are made with up to 80% of their own recycled plastic and all stores are 100% carbon neutral.
About New Look
One of the most recognisable high street clothing brands in the UK, New Look was founded all the way back in 1969. Eventually with over 900 stores internationally, New Look had shops in Belgium, France, Malta and even South Korea. In 2015 it was acquired by Brait SA for £780 million, owners of Virgin Active. The largest New Look store is in Dublin, Ireland and opened in 2010. In 2018 over 100 stores in the UK were closed and New Look withdrew from international markets. In 2018-2019 the number of stores went from 895 all the way down to 574. New look still ranks number 2 for the overall womenswear market share for ages 18-44.

New Look offers affordable fashion for a variety of ages. Over 50% of their clothing already has more sustainable attributes and their ranges change each season with a constant new selection to choose from.
Womens Clothing
New Look has a fantastic variety of knitwear, dresses and jeans. With new styles coming in every season you'll often see sales with up to 60% off as they part with the older stock.
Mens Clothing
Great for mens trousers and tracksuits, we especially love the New Looks Basics range, full of affordable clothing and multi packs of t-shirts and more.
Shoes & Boots
One of the new high street fashion retailers to offer a huge "wide fit" section. The range of winter boots is unmatched in our opinion when it comes to general fashion retailers in the UK.
Accessories and Beauty
You'll find a great range of hair accessories, purses, socks, hats and belts. Don't forget that you'll also find a number of beauty products from brands like Baylis & Harding.
Kids
Kids clothes are also often included in the New Look sales, so this is a great place to find a complete outfit for the kids at an affordable price.
Gifts
Perfect for any occasion, we love their range of microwavable teddies to keep you warm in the winter. Expect to also find water bottles, faux plants and even hooded blankets.

When are the New Look sales?
Because of the seasonal nature of its products, New Look constantly has big discount sales as the product range rotates round. You'll find up to 60% off at the end of each season and there is almost always a dedicated sale tab on their website. New Look runs especially big discounts around the Black Friday period. New look has a 28 day return policy. It's free and easy to make a return and you have a number of options.
- Pop in to your nearest New Look to get a return or exchange easily.
- Use Collect+ by Yodel. FREE including tracking. Just drop your parcel off at one of over 7,000 locations and you will receive your refund within 15 working days.
- InPost. Free inc tracking. Drop your package off at one of over 2,500 storage locker locations with 24/7 drop-off. Receive your refund within 15 days.
- Return via Royal Mail. Over 12,700 locations available and FREE label printing available at selected Post Offices. This is tracked and you'll receive your refund within 15 working days.
Products must be unworn and in original condition. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
